E.P. Maintenance runs two pressure washers each having water pressure of 4000 psi at 4G.P.M.(gallons per minute). Each machine is capable of heating the water up to 200 degrees, thus removing any dirt or gum in its path.

• Prepare area to be washed. Remove debris like leaves or trash
• Presoak area using water and appropriate detergents
• High pressure washing using surface cleaner (est. 1000RPM)
• Spot treat for gum or residue
• Reclaim used water and properly dispose
